The following terms govern your use of NBDStudio's managed digital menu service. By subscribing to our service you agree to these terms.

Service description

We provide a managed service that designs, hosts and updates your digital menu. Our service is not a website builder; we handle everything on your behalf.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing (email is sufficient). We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Intellectual property

All content you provide remains your property. All design work created by NBDStudio remains our property but is licensed to you for use while you are a paying customer.

Limitation of liability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding month.
